Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Albumi at albumi.lol and app.albumi.lol (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Albumi.
Your account
You sign in with an email link, a code, or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep access to your email and Google account secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
Hosts and uploaded photos
- You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
- You give us permission to store, process, and show your photos only as needed to run the service. That includes face matching and delivering photos to matched guests.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos, and that the people in them, or their parents or guardians for children, know the photos will be shared through Albumi and used for face matching.
- Photographer upload links let anyone who has the link add photos to your album. Share them only with people you trust.
Guests and selfies
When you take a selfie in an album, you agree to it being compared with that album's photos so we can show you the ones you appear in. Only take a selfie of yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not use Albumi to:
- upload photos you do not have the right to share, or content that is illegal, sexual, or abusive;
- identify, track, or collect data about people who have not joined your event;
- try to access albums, accounts, or data that are not yours; or
- disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Packages and payments
Some album features require a paid package. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by our payment provider. If something went wrong with a payment or a package, contact us and we will review refunds case by case.
Face matching is not perfect
Matching can miss photos you appear in, or show a photo of someone who looks like you. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Albumi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including selfies and face data.
Ending your use
You can stop using Albumi at any time and ask us to delete your data at hello@albumi.lol.
Changes and governing law
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will tell you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
